Article 1 — Use of the app
Snekkie is an information platform for local food spots on the ABC islands. Users can discover snekkies, post reviews, and follow tours. Snekkie is free to use for visitors. By using the app you agree to these terms and conditions.
Article 2 — Snekkie owners
Food spot owners can claim their page ($25 one-time) and subscribe to a featured listing ($10 per month). Payments are processed via Stripe. Refunds are only available within 14 days of payment, provided the service has not been used. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
Article 3 — Content and reviews
Users are solely responsible for the content they post on Snekkie, including reviews, photos and comments. Snekkie reserves the right to remove content that violates our guidelines, including spam, fake reviews and offensive content. Abuse can be reported via the report button in the app.
Article 4 — Liability
Connective Group B.V. is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, inaccurate or outdated information about snekkies, or temporary unavailability of the service. The information on Snekkie is provided for informational purposes only. Snekkie does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the data listed.
Article 5 — Privacy
Snekkie only collects the personal data necessary for the operation of the app, such as an email address for sign-in. Location data is only processed with your consent. Data is not sold to third parties. For more information please refer to our privacy policy, available in the app.
Article 6 — Intellectual property
The Snekkie brand, logo, app and all content contained therein are the property of Connective Group B.V. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the app without the prior written consent of Connective Group B.V.
Article 7 — Changes
Snekkie reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Users will be notified via the app in the event of material changes. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Article 8 — Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from the use of Snekkie will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
