Fantastic experience that you should not miss! Staff were very patient with our questions since the menu was all papiamentu. We ordered one of our plates with 'tutu' which I highly recommend. It's a version of their polenta mixed with beans and semi sweet seasoning like cinnamon & all spice. Not sure what exactly, but it's delicious and goes great with the side sauce. We also got great recommendations from the guy selling coco frio right at the entrance. He was really the master of ceremonies, conducting parking and engaging every visitor. We bought coconuts after dinner and enjoyed the flourish with which he prepared them.
