I reached out to this place to have our turkey smoked for Thanksgiving, and we were very pleased with the result. The turkey was perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and beautiful. The owner is super friendly and great to talk to. This is a catering company, not a restaurant, located in a quiet area with a stunning view of the valley and surroundings. Highly recommend them for catering or BBQ services.

I've been a frequent customer, particularly enjoying your brisket, but today's experience was beyond disappointing. Nearly two hours in line, being told to return for the salmon, enduring additional waits, and finally receiving an inedible roast beef and flavorless, saucy salmon from your Christmas menu left us utterly dissatisfied. The roast beef was as tough as rubber, and the salmon seemed overcooked, as if it had been boiled in water. This experience truly marred our family celebration. Hoping for significant improvements next year.
