We are hardcore foodies and Indian food is one of our favorites. We have had Indian food in India and in other countries, so we have a pretty good idea of what good Indian food tastes like. This place is fairly new, we heard about it from some Indian friends, so we had to try it. The owners were very welcoming and were happy to have us. Long story short, the food was fantastic, definitely the best we have had in curacao so far. Recommendations to anyone visiting: - Be open for recommendations - Try the chole bhature Advice for the owners: - Make te restaurant feel more “indian” - Invest more in the marketing and social presence - Never lower your quality or portions

Had an amazing lunch at Fork & Knife. Nice hospitality from Jay who took great care of us and amazing meal - Caribbean grouper & a carrot based Indian dessert along with drinks. One of the best meals we had in Curacao so far. Highly recommended
