I got the Pabellon Criollo with arepa. I never ate arepa before, but it is like a fried solid dough and not crunchy. The pulled beef is quite salty and the white cheese was a chunk at the bottom, personally I prefer cheese on top. Overall it tasted fine for 19.50 xcg. The lid of the packaging goes open, so not the best for take away. There was no wait, enough tables to sit and I got my food in 10 minutes.

This arepa is a complete disrespect! Absolutely nothing like the picture. The edges are super thick hard and dry—like fried funchi—and there’s barely any cheese or meat inside. Total disappointment. Shame on whoever thought this was okay to serve!
