This was our first dinner in Aruba. We didn’t like the fish cake and coconut shrimp apps so much. The main which was a red snapper dish was really good though and the mashed potatoes were also delicious. I had ordered the Bon Nochi drink which wasn’t like what I was expecting and the server noticed my glass was still quite full towards the end of the meal and she was kind enough to take it back and not add it to the bill. We also had the creme brulee which could have been better. Ambience and view was nice and romantic

Located on the pier in back of the Surfside Marina, Pincho's is a beautiful spot with fine dining, bar and of course: magnificent sunset views. Reservation recommended but I was lucky to get a table without one! I enjoyed a wonderful glass of wine, fresh and flavorful lobster & seafood bisque, and pan-seared scallops over mashed cauliflower. Everything was delicious and service was amazing. Attentive and polite, explained specials, timely without being pushy. At all. A must for any Aruba trip!
