I highly recommend Ikes Bistro.The ambiance is amazing. We ate in the garden area which had very comfortable seating. Palm trees were surrounding the dining area and it was very romantic. Beautiful live music was being played in the background. The waitstaff was so nice. Now let's talk about the food. It was to die for. I had the red snapper and hubby had the corvina fish. Both were prepare perfectly. Served with fresh veggies and a tomato risotto. For dessert we shared the tiramisu which was so delicious.

We had an excellent dinner at Ike's last week. Loved the vibe and the service - our waitress was so funny and did a beer bottle pour that I would never attempt myself! Our table had the buffalo cauliflower wings, lychee ceviche, vegan steak and shrimp, and the truffle risotto with tofu and veggies. Everything was absolutely delicious and a great way to start our vacation. It was so refreshing to travel to an island where restaurants have incredible vegan options - we really appreciated this!!!
