Delicious quick stop on way to Playa Lagun. Had quick breakfast of Repi di Pampuna/pumpkin Pancakes and Mansa, which is a fried pastechi dough that is flat like a tostada, smeared with refried black beans and had a salad of greens, mango and these yummy pickled cucumbers. Also had a Peacock spritz. 10/10.

After receiving a recommendation, I was eager to try the food at Kultura Kòrsou — and it truly exceeded expectations. The catch of the day with mango fried rice was the best dish we had on the island. It was beautifully complemented by local seasonal vegetables, including chiki cucumber, and served with fresh tamarind juice — a combination that made the meal feel both authentic and special. We enjoyed it so much that we came back for a second visit. The goat leg with grilled okra was also delicious. This is the kind of restaurant you end up missing once you're back home — a real culinary highlight of our trip.
