Chef Robert and Madeline prepared and served our family of seven a wonderful dinner on the beach. Each dish was beautifully presented and Robert thoughtfully explained what was in each course. The wine selection was only a compliment to the evening meal. While each course was delicious, the dessert was especially pleasing as each sweet treat was presented in the shape of a sea creature. As darkness fell, we were delightfully illuminated with hurricane lamps thoughtfully positioned around our table. We couldn't have been happier with our Bonaire beach dinner and highly recommend this amazing team.

Robert and Madeline were fabulous. The food was spectacular - both yummy and beautifully presented. We had miscommunication about dietary restrictions for one of the diners and they went out of their way to accommodate on the fly... including a quick trip back home for alternative ingredients - they couldn't have been more gracious about it! An exceptional experience! Far exceeded our expectations!
