Absolutely disaster. Our waitress tried to be nice and kept apologizing, but the place has some serious management problems that needs to be addressed. Concept to cook your food with the stoned is very unique, but not executed properly or explained properly by the restaurant. After we were told our initial sides were not available after ordering, we switched sides and still both orders came out with the incorrect sides. Now to the food…. My potato was cut in half but the inside was hard and literally no topics to add into this dry disgusting potato (btw didn’t even order this, I wanted the rice) my wife also got the wrong side (French fried instead of white rice) so I decided to keep the fries and they were cold and you can tell they were sitting there for a while before touching our table. After my white complained and got her white rice, it came out rock hard, looked like the microwaved it after it sat out for 10 days. Terrible food quality. The salmon my wife got, was in the oven for 6 days so it was dry and tasteless. We were not the only ones complaining, every table around us was saying something or missing food. Actually the review before this one, was a table sitting next to us. Even a table of 6 got up and left because service was insanely slow. Finally, when the bill arrived, an extremely unfriendly member of the staff came over with the CC machine and stood by my side and aggressively handled the transaction to close out the night. Feel bad for the place, but they need to make some changes or close the restaurant.
