We want to leave this review because we absolutely loved the service we received from Dina. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home. It was our first time at the restaurant, and we truly enjoyed her recommendations. She was always attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The food, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were amazing highly recommended
Not worthy at all! We made a reservation with my family here to celebrate my aunts birthday, but when we arrived we weren’t acknowledged by the staff at all for a long time. When we finally got a staff member to notice us, they told us to wait until they set the table for all of us, which beats the purpose of making a reservation. The location in which they sat us at was okay, but nothing otherworldly.
Once we received the menu, we were shocked with the expensive prices they had. All the pasta is over 30 dollars and even over 40. We had pizza, rissoto, pasta and lasagna. The rissoto and pasta were pretty tasty, but not worth the money. The pizza was cheaper but not as good, with barely any cheese in it. On the other hand, the lasagna was really acid, which made it impossible to enjoy.
However, the thing that bother us most was the service. Not only did they seem to ignore us throughout the night, but they also seemed bothered by simple request, even arguing with us when we asked if the cheese they brought could be changed since it had half us much as the other one and had a big chunk in it (we only asked this because they charge 6 dollars for the cheese too). When we were still eating, they started asking if we wanted the check and removed the plates of the ones that finished when some people were still eating, which was rude on their part and made us feel uncomfortable, like they wanted us to go.
Overall a pretty bad experience. They couldn’t even give a small dessert to my aunt for us to sing happy birthday to, which is not necessary but it would have been a nice touch.
There are better dining options in Aruba, make sure to avoid this one.
