This was an amazing place. The views and landscape were fantastic and the food was the best! It can be windy if you are outside so be ready for that. Reservations are required and you need make them weeks in advance because it books up fast. It is a little pricey but very very good! They offer you free focaccia bread with a whipped garlic butter. The menu is a little small, but I think that is on purpose as they want to focus on quality. I got the pollo alla vodka. The fettuccine was cooked perfectly! Al-dente is the way I like it. The pasta was also thick, and tasted homemade. For dessert I got the mango cheese cake. The cheesecake was not super sweer, which i did enjoy. My wife got the Torta di cioccolato, which is basically a chocolate bomb and it was amazing!

We held the welcome dinner for our wedding at Faro Blanco in October, and I can't say enough great things about the experience! The food was wonderful, the staff was great, the atmosphere and views were absolutely lovely. Arthur is so kind and cheerful and on top of everything - we showed up planning to handle the set-up ourselves, and instead his staff took care of it all for us, to beautiful effect! Clearly they're very experienced with these kinds of events, since they handled everything so smoothly and were so accommodating about our special requests.
