Amazing curated tasting experience. The venue only does one seating per night and only seats up to 17. It's an expensive meal, but really creative and interesting food. If you go, I'd strongly encourage the wine pairs. Roger has done a terrific job aligning great wines with the dishes. My only minor critique - during our visit, a couple of the dishes could've used some editing (removing an ingredient or two). Because it is such a small, unique experience, they lean a bit toward mass appeal vs truly unique dishes. One of our dishes was designed as a cold soup, but they found most people preferred hot soup, so they adjusted. I still feel like the dish would have been better in its original form. All that being said, it was a fabulous evening. I couldn't have asked for a better way to cap off our anniversary.

Chef Johan and host Roger made this such a special night. The food was outstanding and to fit the elevated vibe. Highly recommend!
