We got food here 3 out 7 nights we were on the island. It's open Tue-Sun from 6pm. Always busy and popular; on Tue we had to wait for a while for our food because there were so many people, on other days the food was ready in about 10 minutes. We had chicken wings and tenderloin steak with sides (we picked rice and beans plus the macaroni salad that comes with every meal), and the sides actually lasted us for two more meals. Coming back, we got chicken and conch (plain - so no sides, only the macaronic salad). Everything was tasty but my favorites were the chicken (it is chopped into small pieces so easy to share) and the conch.

On vacation here and decided to try this food truck. I’d recommend stopping by. I ordered the three chicken wing plate with rice and beans, green salad and macaroni salad. Nice portions and good flavor. There was a variety of sauces and toppings available for you to try at a self-serve bar. Reasonable prices. Typical wait time for a busy food truck when the food is made to order.
