Caracasbaai is the peninsula southeast of Willemstad, home to one of the island's most active stretches of waterside food and drink. The road in from the city takes about 15 minutes. What you find when you get there is a cluster of bars, restaurants, and beach setups that locals use on weekends and afternoons.
