My wife and I came for brunch, but also to learn about the history and appreciate the incredible restoration that Aruba Experience had accomplished with the building. We met the owner, Arias, an incredible lady full of infectious energy and smiles. She took us on a personal tour of the building, explained the restoration process and the importance of preserving the originality of the building, and how she worked with the locals to help build her dream, how she is still working with the locals demonstrating how easy it is to grow her own veges and herbs for use in the kitchen. Arias is uniquely talented in marketing her restaurant, creating the special atmosphere to promote the restaurant and her staff. She has just finished her second downtown building restoration which will soon be opening as another uniquely themed restaurant.

Came to have breakfast here and let me tell you , the food was amazing! The place itself doesn’t look too fancy on the outside but the inside is soo cute and once again , the food! Pictures cannot do it justice. My boyfriend and I cleaned our plates! Definitely recommend! I got the plate with a variety of food and a coconut lemonade and my boyfriend got a mimosa and the waffle and they were great!
