We started "Carni-Vidal 2026" at @santoscoffeewithsoul !! And what a treat it was. First the restaurant is beautiful. Second, the customer service is A1! The highlights: Smoked Salmon Bagel ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Just the right of "smokiness" to the meat, salty, and full of flavor. They let the salmon do the talking and didnt over dress it which we loved. They also had a really nice "Valentine's Day" themed coffee that we really enjoyed. It included chocolate, whip cream, and peppermint with just the right amount of sweetness. All locations of this local coffee house are a must try when you are in Aruba. They also serve mimosas, caphrinias, mojitos and other mixed drinks. They have salads, sandwiches and speciality pastries as well, making this a perfect place for a group brunch. Really really good coffee and vegan options. The staff is amazing, its close to the beach and some hotels. Best part- they open early in the morning
