This was my first and will be my last experience at a Quiznos shop. We were traveling on Saturday, February 21st. 2026.... The airport was busy. The line was long. I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich. One lady took my order and then walked away. Another lady took my money but neglected to turn around and give my order to the girl that was making the subs ....so my order laid there while other people behind me were getting their sandwiches. When I questioned these ladies they looked all over for my order and there it was laying on the counter. Then the lady proceeded to walk back to the corner and stay on her cell phone. I paid $30 for a turkey sandwich and a bottle of beer. They had an empty box in the middle of the floor....They just kept kicking it out of the way. It is absolutely amazing that these three women still have a job there.... All three of them acted like it was their very first day and they had no idea what they were doing. We had the most beautiful vacation in Aruba for it to end this way. Shame on the people that own this place because they are not doing your customers. A great service with these three women
