Jack’s Café — besides the low prices, it’s not a bad option for a cheap meal. However, the food is below average, and the wait time can be long—sometimes 30–40 minutes. It used to be a great spot for an affordable burger, but it’s gone downhill. Food: 6/10 Service: 5/10 Value: 6/10
