It's definitely a steak house. The food was okay. The meat cuts we had were perfectly cooked to our liking. The smashed potatoes weren't anything to write home about. The complimentary bread was my favorite. The sauces were also great but I didn't like the pickled onions. The ambiance was a bit too rowdy for me. I was there on a date and we couldn't hear ourselves talk. It was way too loud in there. I would visit again just for the meat.

Janiro was our server for both me and my wife's dinner and a dinner for us and two of our friends, one who's birthday it was. He was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and hilarious to boot. He made excellent wine pairing recommendations to go with the perfectly prepared meat dishes. The prices were surprisingly affordable for the quality and quantity of food served. The manager lady (possibly Tessa or Theresa, we forgot to write it down) at the podium was super accommodating around reservations. There is a reason this restaurant has been operating in Aruba since 1977. I don't have a single complaint about either trip to this establishment, my only complaint is that I didn't make it back a third time. I'll let the food pictures speak for themselves.
